SPACE SIZE is 20 wide x 17 deep
COST-$85.00-Rain or Shine non-refundable

Payment must be received before the 15th of the month before or there will be an additional fee of $10.00.

7:00 to 2:00 pm Market shopping hours.

2:00 to 4:00pm Vendor break down.

​

No vehicles may enter the shopping area after 7:30 am or leave before 2:00 pm.

IMPORTANT!

*Vendors to park no more than one vehicle horizontally in the back of their space (vehicle must fit

in rented space).

*Additional vehicles must park in parking structure behind Jamestown Village.

*No moving vehicles are allowed in the market area between 7:30 am &2:00 pm.

*Vendors may begin to exit the market at 2:00 pm. Please be patient & try

to keep the aisles clear for through traffic.

*All vendor spaces MUST be clear by 5:oopm. Vendors must take all unwanted items & trash with them.

Vendors are not permitted to use dumpsters (if you leave trash behind, you will not be invited

back.)

*No overnight sleeping in vehicles at Jamestown Village.

*NO SMOKING OR DRUG & ALCOHOL USE ALLOWED

 

CA SELLER'S PERMIT

•All regular vendors are required by law to have a California Seller's Permit.

Visit www.boe.ca.gov or call 1-800-400-7115.

Occasional vendors may sell twice in a 12-month period without a seller's permit.

 

Merchandise Requirements

•Merchandise to be sold must be vintage, antique, collectible, or at least 30 years old, or art and

objects made with vintage flair.

 

*The Tustin Flea prohibits the sale of firearms, ammunition, fireworks, porn, contraband, ivory, and

endangered species.

*Vendors will supply their own tables, chairs and canopies.  We do not allow generators at this

event.

 

COMPLIANCE & LIABILITY

*The Tustin Flea reserves the right to restrict and physically remove any vendor for noncompliance

and/or unbecoming behavior that distracts from the integrity of this family event without refund.

AGREEMENT

*Vendor's payment and signature on this application implies that the vendor accepts and agrees

to all The Tustin Flea rules and regulations as stated. The Tustin Flea reserves the right to develop

additional rules & regulations when necessary & each vendor will adhere to them.

*Vendor accepts responsibility & risk for any personal injury & loss of property. We do not insure

you, your supplies,  any helpers, vehicle,  or merchandise.  Vendor agrees indemnity and hold harmless The

Tustin Flea against any and all claims & causes of action arising out of: personal injury, or loss

of property of vendor or of vendors employees, partners, and helpers, or vendor activities in

connections with space rentals from The Tustin Flea.
